What happened
A fake web page promises a $750 Apple Cash reward if you complete a quick device verification. There is no reward, and the page instead sends people to download apps and games, which may earn the sender money. The page is not from Apple, and its countdowns and claim pop-ups are made up to rush people.

What to do
- Close the page if you land on it.
- Do not download apps or create accounts to claim a promised Apple reward.
- Remember that Apple Cash and Apple Gift Cards are not unlocked by a website after you install an app.
- Treat anyone asking you to pay them with an Apple Gift Card as a likely scammer.
