Chainalysis confirms hackers stole password hashes and live tokens in October breach
Blockchain analysis firm Chainalysis confirmed that an intrusion detected on 30 October exposed user IDs, names, email addresses, role labels, password hashes and live tokens. The company has taken services offline, including Reactor, Data Solutions and the KYT interface, and says password resets are temporarily down. Customers must have trusted IP addresses allowlisted by support before resetting passwords, and every user will need to reset passwords and rotate API keys as appropriate.
