Google's November 2026 Android Security Bulletin covers over 200 vulnerabilities across the operating system, kernel and hardware components. Several critical remote code execution flaws need no user interaction, including CVE-2026-58868 in Framework. Devices with patch level 2026-11-05 or later receive all applicable fixes, but the bulletin does not state that these flaws are being exploited.
Google releases Chrome 157 for Android with stability and security fixes
Google has released Chrome 157 (157.0.8103.38) for Android, rolling out through Google Play over the next few days. The update brings stability and performance improvements and carries the same security fixes as the desktop releases, which are 157.0.8103.38 and .39 on Windows and Mac, and 157.0.8103.38 on Linux.
